and Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: • Provide Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion Techno-functional consulting services by acting as subject matter expert to support the team through the entire cloud application services implementation lifecycle for • Worked on Global Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion Projects. • Experience on Advance access controls and Advance Transaction Controls. • Worked on Segregation of Duties. • Worked on Audit for HCM business objects , PII and Security. • Access Certifications and Advanced access requests. • Identify Security requirements and map them to the Oracle HCM Cloud Application. • Conduct Design Workshops for Oracle Global HCM Security. • Identify functionality gaps in Oracle HCM Security and build extensions for them. • Worked on Multiple Geographies, experienced in working on Global roles. • Proficient in Writing Custom Criteria for Security Profiles. • Worked on HCM modules security for – Core HR, Recruitment, Talent, Benefits, Absence a...
