Job Description

We are looking for a number of full time HCAs to cover ongoing shifts in a community group homes based in Carndonagh Co Donegal.

  • Start date: immediate (from July 13th, 2026)
  • Shift pattern:12 hrs
  • Both day and night shifts available
  • Minimum of 4 shifts per week required to suit service needs
  • Commitment required for continuity of care
  • Monday-Sunday service but they can also accommodate Monday – Friday service.
  • Shift times: 0830-2030 and 2030-0830
  • Once inducted, shifts will be allocated by the CNM2/person in charge as per service need
  • The successful candidates will be required to have full clearances as well as Mandatory training requirements and will need to complete Site Specific training requirements on HSELAND.
