HC Driver/Forklift Operator

Labourforce is seeking an experienced HC Truck Driver with Forklift experience for a specialized, field-based role working alongside a senior technician. This is a hands-on operational position ideal for someone who enjoys variety, travel, and responsibility.

This is not a standard warehouse role — you’ll be travelling between sites and supporting critical calibration work.

Pay Rates & Allowances

• AM Shift: $40.00 per hour

• PM Shift: $43.32 per hour

• Overnight Allowance: $200 per night (when required)

Shift Structure

This role is workload-based (not fixed shifts):

• Typical start times between 6:00am – 7:00am

• Shifts generally range from 6 to 10 hours
