Job Description1. Develop and implement DRAM controller/PHY solutions for data-center applications. Validate functionality, improve design to optimize performance, power, latency and efficiency.
2. Memory controller/PHY Integration: Design and integration memory system.Requirement1. Experience in designing and implementation of memory controller/PHY.
2. Familiar with the DRAM interface standards and memory technologies such as DDR or LPDDR or HBM.
3. Familiarity with DFI protocol of LPDDR or HBM.
4. Familiar with digital design and integration flow.
5. HBM controller/PHY IC design experience is a plus
6. Familiarity with AXI protocol
