Provides financial, contract and/or administrative analysis, and manages portions of projects, including ad-hoc client requests of problem-solving on administrative and operations issues. Contributes as a member of the consulting team in developing overall client strategy, interprets and presents benchmark data to client and ensures plan and program changes are properly implemented embody clients strategy.
Role Summary:
Work with a wide range of companies to help them assess, develop and deploy strategies, programs and initiatives to improve the health and wellness of their employees. Advise clients on best practices, financial management, compliance, communication and administration of health and benefit plans.
