Job Description
Key Responsibilities
+ Operate off-road haul trucks in a safe and efficient manner
+ Transport materials such as overburden, ore, and aggregate throughout the site
+ Perform pre-shift and post-shift inspections on equipment
+ Report equipment issues, safety concerns, or hazards promptly
+ Maintain compliance with all site safety standards and MSHA regulations
+ Communicate effectively with dispatch, supervisors, and other operators
+ Assist with general site duties as needed
Qualifications
+ Previous experience operating haul trucks in a mining, quarry, or heavy civil environment preferred
+ Valid driver's license required
+ MSHA certification (preferred; may be required prior to start)
+ Ability to work in a physically demanding outdoor environment in varying weather conditions
+ Strong commitment to safety and following procedures
