Hatchery Cleaning & Janitorial Worker

Headstart Hatching is seeking a diligent and dependable individual to join our team.

POSITION PURPOSE The Cleaning & Janitorial position is responsible for maintaining a clean, sanitary, and biosecurity hatchery environment through routine cleaning, disinfecting, laundry services, and waste removal.

This role helps support animal health, employee safety, and hatchery operations by ensuring all work areas, equipment, and employee garments are cleaned and maintained according to company sanitation and biosecurity standards.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Clean and sanitize hatchery common areas, offices, breakrooms, restrooms, hallways, and other designated areas.

Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors throughout the facility.

Empty trash and recycling containers and properly dispose of waste materials.

Clean windows, doors, walls, and other facility surface as assigned.
