Key Responsibilities

  • Drive export sales growth across Sub‑Saharan Africa or assigned export markets
  • Develop and execute regional business strategies aligned to company objectives
  • Identify new market opportunities, distributors and key accounts
  • Support the marketing team to define the portfolio and assortment strategy by country/channel
  • Manage pricing strategy, margins and profitability
  • Build long‑term customer relationships and negotiate commercial agreements
  • Deliver annual sales targets, budgets and forecasts for distributor and channel management
  • Appoint, manage and develop distributors in export territories
