What will you do? Role: Senior V&V Engineer – Validation & Verification (Power Electronics & Solar Domain) Job description: Own the complete test lifecycle (planning → execution → reporting → closure) for multiple V&V projects simultaneously. Prepare detailed V&V plans, test strategy, traceability matrices, and risk assessments aligned with functional requirements and use cases. Establish test schedules, resource plans, and test infrastructure requirements for assigned projects. Guide and mentor junior test engineers; review test plans, test cases, and test reports. Lead V&V of Solar Inverters, Hybrid/Off‑grid/Grid‑tie systems, UPS, battery chargers, and related power conversion products. Deep understanding of power sharing, MPPT operation, inverter control logic, grid-interaction behavior, and protection mechanisms.
