Job Description
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in Electrical, Computer Systems, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- 5+ years in a lab or hardware testing environment, experience managing the activities of a test lab, with 2+ years managing external vendors.
- Proven experience drafting Test Plans, Build Guides, and SOPs. Ability to interpret CAD drawings and electrical schematics to create assembly instructions.
- High-level negotiation, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to translate complex lab-speak into actionable business updates
- Experience using Python for automating repetitive tasks, analyzing data, and working within larger testing frameworks.
