Job Description
- Lead end-to-end hardware development projects for medical devices.
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, schedules, and milestones.
- Coordinate with Hardware, Embedded, Mechanical, Software, Quality, Regulatory, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams.
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation plans.
- Manage design reviews, verification, validation, and product testing activities.
- Ensure compliance with applicable medical device standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and contract manufacturers.
- Prepare project status reports and present updates to senior management.
- Drive continuous improvement in project management processes.
- Support product transfer from development to manufacturing.
- Ensure proper documentation throughout the product development lifecycle.
