We are looking for a skilled Hardware Engineer to join our team! This hardware Engineer role is 3 days on site in either Westborough MA or Center Valley PA.
This role will be responsible for investigating customer-reported issues, diagnosing system-level problems, and driving solutions that improve product reliability and performance in real-world environments. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of hardware architectures, audio/video technologies, signal transmission protocols such as HDMI and DisplayPort, and system integration principles. Working closely with cross-functional teams, this engineer will support new product launches, validate enhancements, analyze field issues, and contribute to ongoing hardware and software improvements. Success in this role requires strong troubleshooting skills, a natural curiosity for understanding how systems operate, and the ability to quickly ramp up on new technologies while supporting products deplo...
