- Independently define technical specifications based on functional requirements, collaborating closely with internal and external customers.
- Design PCBs for LED products and electronics applications, ensuring innovative solutions are realized.
- Define project timelines and maintain schedules for hardware development.
- Document and report all activities systematically.
- Establish production and test requirements, overseeing the first production series on behalf of R&D.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including NPI, quality, and production departments.
- Test designed parts to optimize reliability, performance, cost, and manufacturability.
