Job Title: Hardware Design Engineer

Location: Rochester, Kent – 4 days on site

Role Type: Permanent

Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 per annum depending on experience

Responsibilities

• Execute complex hardware design tasks in line with the agreed development plan, ensuring delivery within defined timescales and budgets.
• Work within established engineering processes and hardware standards, contributing to high‑quality, reliable design outputs.
• Collaborate with other disciplines within an integrated team to optimise solutions and minimise impacts from dependencies.
• Provide technical guidance and support for the development and delivery of all aspects of digital and/or analogue electronics solutions.
• Co‑coach and develop the skills of junior team members.
