Job Description
- Conducting market research to identify customer needs and trends for ATE including advanced packaging tests system.
- Defining the product vision and strategy.
- Prioritizing features based on customer feedback and business impact.
- Creating and managing product roadmaps.
- Work with engineers, customer, cross‑functional team and supplier to ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Design ATE hardware, electronic circuit, PCB architecture and layout based on specification and test plan from customer requirement.
- Monitor, evaluate, analyze and optimize test system to ensure optimal manufacturing yield.
- Perform evaluation, research, experiment, prototyping, proof of concept and data analysis to determine cause effect of issue and to provide solution.
