Band: C7 Role / Designation: Practice Director - Digital Workplace Services Role Overview: The Practice Director - End User Computing / Digital Workplace Services will be a senior leader within the Infrastructure Services Practice, responsible for building, scaling, and strengthening capabilities across End User Computing, Service Desk, Messaging, Collaboration, and Digital Workplace Services. The role requires strong domain expertise, consulting orientation, and the ability to translate customer requirements into differentiated, practical, and commercially viable solutions. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead practice development for EUC, Service Desk, Messaging, Collaboration, and Digital Workplace Services, including offerings, frameworks, reusable assets, and go-to-market collateral.
- Support strategic pre-sales pursuits by engaging customers, shaping solution approaches, contributing to proposals, and presenting to senior stakeholders.
