Responsibilities

• Perform required and preventive building maintenance work on the property, equipment, and systems, and record them using Yardi Voyager Mobile Maintenance.
• Ensure resident satisfaction, safety, and quality standards, and address any issues or deficiencies promptly.
• Coordinate and supervise trades work and contractors when needed, following the Minto Contractor Code of Conduct.
• Monitor and control maintenance expenses, supplies, and inventories, and report on mechanical equipment and maintenance trends.
• Comply with all relevant legislation, policies, and procedures, especially regarding health and safety, fire and life safety, and building access and security.
• Participate in industry associations, educational workshops, and personal networks to maintain professional and technical knowledge and skills.
