Job Role: Handyman
Job Purpose:
My client is a global leading provider in facilities management and they are looking for a Handyman to join the team and assist with the building maintneance for one of their established contracts located in Grimsby. The Fabric Engineer will provide great customer service and will be instrumental in ensuring that the day-to-day operations of the larger occupied site run smoothly. They will liaise with employees / contractors and will take ownership and pride of their site.
Role Summary:
* Manage all aspects of internal / external post on site.
* The staff member will provide and record inductions for contractors and visitors on behalf of the client.
* The operative will actively liaise with the wider team and contractors to ensure that reactive jobs are completed. They will often be the first point of contact for issue resolution.
