Take charge of operations at Advanced Pump Repair (APR) in Cambridge, Ontario. We seek a technically strong Operations Manager to lead shop and field service teams effectively.
At APR, you’ll coordinate machinists and pump mechanics while driving efficient, safe, and profitable work. Your role entails connecting estimating, inspection, and production to turn quotes into timely repairs. You'll oversee workflow management, address HR matters, and improve shop performance through effective leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide daily direction and prioritization to shop staff
