Tasks

What you'll do:

  • Documentary Acceptances

  • Shipment Data Capture

  • Prioritize Export Build-up and Import Breakdown

  • Prepare Export and Import documentation (Manifest, AWBs)

  • Handle irregularities (MSCA, MSAW, FDCA, damages)

  • Prepare NOTOC

  • Close out flight

  • Customer contact (Notify customer)

  • Hand over AWB and Docs to customer

  • Debit charges
