Job Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with staff to optimize production and exceed guest needs.
- Inspect staff grooming and attire and correct deficiencies.
- Complete opening and closing duties, including setting up supplies, cleaning equipment and areas, and securing doors.
- Inspect kitchens and restaurant storage areas for organization, food safety, FIFO use, and cleanliness.
- Perform scheduled inventories, stock and requisition necessary supplies.
- Monitor production, safety, and food safety.
