Job Description

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in software engineering, big data, data platforms, or infrastructure engineering, or equivalent hands-on experience.
  • Strong practical expertise with Hadoop ecosystems, particularly HPE MapR distribution.
  • Solid understanding of distributed systems architecture, data storage frameworks, and cluster computing principles.
  • Proficient in Linux/Unix system administration, including performance tuning and troubleshooting.
  • Hands-on experience with at least one programming or scripting language such as Python, Java, Scala, or Bash.
  • Working knowledge of Apache Spark, including both batch and stream processing frameworks.
  • Proven ability to manage and support production-grade, enterprise-scale clusters with high availability and reliability requirements.
