The Gym Manager role encompasses overseeing the daily operations of the client's fitness facility to ensure a safe, efficient, and exceptional experience for members.


This includes managing staff, driving membership growth and retention, maintaining the facility and equipment, and ensuring high standards of customer service.


By leading operational excellence and fostering a positive fitness environment, the Gym Manager contributes to the client's continued success and growth in the health and wellness industry.  Responsibilities  Oversee the daily operations of the gym, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for members and guests.
