GWS Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• This position is centered on practical migration execution, system configuration, troubleshooting, and customer enablement.
• The Systems Architect collaborates closely with the Professional Services Architect, Program Manager, and Adoption teams to ensure successful project outcomes while minimizing disruption to business operations.
• Execute Google Workspace migrations from Microsoft 365 and legacy platforms
• Configure migration tools and perform test migrations, pilots, and production waves
• Execute cutovers, validate data integrity, and support post-migration stabilization
• Configure and administer Google Workspace services including Gmail, Drive, Docs, Meet, Chat, Calendar, Google Cloud Identity
• Implement domain setup, user provisioning, group management, and licensing Support multi-domain and hybrid environments
