Qualifications

• Hospitality Management Diploma or equivalent

• FGASA Level 2 (NQF4) preferred
• Full trails
• Valid driver's licence & PrDP
• ARH competency

The successful candidates must have:

• Minimum of 5 years lodge working experience. 4 or 5 * an advantage.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
• Excellent operational experience encompassing every aspect of Lodge Management including HR, Admin, Finance, FOH & Guest Experience and basic kitchen knowledge.
• Ability to receive instruction and follow thought as required.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple priorities effectively.
