Purpose of the Position The Guide and Lodge Manager Couple is responsible for the overall management and operation of a lodge while also providing professional guiding services to guests. The couple works together to ensure excellent guest experiences, efficient lodge operations, staff supervision, and successful hospitality and tourism services. Key Responsibilities Lodge Management Duties Guest Services Welcome and assist guests during their stay. Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction and customer service.
