Elevate guest experiences at Big White Ski Resort as a Resort Services Sales Agent. This role focuses on selling lift tickets and assisting guests with their inquiries.
As a full-time, seasonal employee from November to Mid-April, you'll play a crucial part in the Resort Services team, mainly stationed at the Tickets and Activities desk. Your primary responsibilities will involve processing lift tickets, handling season passes, and supporting customers through various communication methods, including social media, email, and chat.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process and sell lift tickets and season passes
• Update guests on available activities and requirements
• Offer multi-channel customer support
• Provide detailed information on resort facilities
