Guest Services Coordinator

Description We are looking for a Guest Services Coordinator to support clients and families by organizing service access, managing ongoing care coordination, and delivering responsive assistance in Nashville, Tennessee. This is a Contract position focused on guiding intake, referrals, and service follow-up for individuals receiving Medicaid-related support. The ideal candidate brings strong communication skills, sound judgment, and a service-minded approach to working with clients, community partners, and internal teams.
