The Customer Service Agent is required to have a pleasant, polite, energetic and helpful presence while providing front line service to our casino customers. Individuals who succeed in our Customer Service position are organized, quick, and have the ability to multitask.

  • Greeting guests as they arrive at the Coat Check
  • General coat check duties
  • Making announcements over the intercom
  • Interacting with guests and responding graciously to inquiries regarding services and features of the casino
  • Assisting marketing when required by making gift baskets, promotional items, laminating and cutting
