Job Summary
- Lead, influence and coach the Food Studio/ Mirage team
- Supervise and review daily operation to ensure a smooth work flow
- Deliver quality Food & Beverage services to exceed guests’ expectations
- Provide training to the team to deliver and ensure service excellence
Job Requirement
- Diploma or above in Hotel and Catering Operations or related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years of experience in renowned restaurants, preferably in a supervisory role
- Service-oriented with good communications skills
- Good command in spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Sound knowledge in Micros cashier procedures
