Guest Service Agent

Deliver the brand promise and provide exceptional guest service at all times.

Responsibilities include:

  • Organize, confirm, process, and conduct all guest check‑ins, check‑outs, room reservations, requests, changes, and cancellations.
  • Manage and maintain queue lanes efficiently, respond to guest inquiries and complaints courteously.
  • Verify guest eligibility and process payments, including verifying credit cards and handling transactions accurately.
  • Maintain cleanliness and presentation of front desk area, lobby, and public spaces.
  • Assist in developing guest services for special events, oversee operations, and ensure compliance with health and safety protocols.
  • Provide exceptional service to VIP guests and support event staff as needed.
