Responsibilities

  • To abide by the mission statement of the Hotel and the department.
  • To ensure protection and safety of Hotel property and prevent it from misuse and damages.
  • To ensure safety of the residents guests, the walk in guests and their belongings.
  • To observe the employees for their honesty and security consciousness.
  • To supervise security guards, door men and valet drivers.
  • Tactfully deal with violent guests whenever situation arises.
  • To patrol guest entrances, all public areas, corridors, basements, hotel terrace, periphery of hotel, car park area in the hotel and outside,, the staff entrance, rest rooms and staff dining rooms.
  • To monitor the cars parked and to keep tabs on any damages / scratches to any of the parked cars.
  • To keep check on contractual work and monitor entry and exit.
