We are seeking talented individuals for both Guest Service Agent and VIP Services Agent positions to join our Front Office team. Both roles play a key part in delivering exceptional experiences and anticipating the needs of our valued guests, ensuring every stay is seamless, personalised, and memorable.

Guest Service Agent Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests and provide exceptional, personalised service.
  • Handle arrivals, departures, room allocations, payments, and guest inquiries.
  • Promote Accor’s ALL loyalty program and assist with room tours.
  • Maintain lobby and front desk presentation to luxury standards.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, concierge, and other departments.

VIP Services Agent Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate pre-arrival correspondence, special requests, amenities, and in-room checks to ensure seamless preparation and recognition of all VIP movements.
