Job Description

1.办理入住登记和退房手续;
2.负责在前厅范围内的对客服务,做到热情友好,彬彬有礼,同时负责财务帐目和收集整理客人的资料;
3.经常支持并回顾目前的程序确保高水准的服务提高客人满意度,建立客人的忠实感;
4.保持标准的仪容仪表;
5.完成前厅经理,前厅部服务经理和前厅部宾客服务主管随时布置的工作及任务。

1.良好英文沟通能力;
2.具有良好的服务意识,团队协作精神以及良好的沟通协调及应变能力;
3.具备良好的学习能力和抗压能力;
4.能适应倒班工作。
