Job Responsibilities
  • Perform thorough cleaning of guestrooms, including replacing all linen and towels, vacuuming, dusting, replacing guest supplies, and comprehensive bathroom cleaning.
  • Notify the Housekeeping Management or the Engineering Department of any maintenance or repair that needs to be done.
  • Respond to guest requests and communicate with them effectively.
  • Anticipate guest needs, respond promptly, and acknowledge all guests to maintain positive guest relations and ensure guest satisfaction at all times.
Job Requirements
  • No formal education required.
  • Minimum 2 years of housekeeping experience.
  • Good customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills are a must.
