Key Responsibilities

  • Signs in at Housekeeping Office on time in complete uniform, signs out for floor key and radio in the Key and Radio Control Sheet and picks up the work sheet.
  • Packs the Room Attendant’s cart properly with enough supplies and brings it to the designated area, keeping it always neat and clean, and never overloaded.
  • Parks vacuum cleaner near the cart.
  • Cleans hallways, staircases, and pantries daily.
  • Starts to service rooms according to priority.
  • Places the cart in front of the entry door of the room being serviced, at least five inches away from the wall.
  • Performs pick-up cleaning in vacant rooms, even if these are not blocked for the day.
  • Cleans all assigned guest rooms according to procedures and standards set by the hotel.
  • Replenishes the mini-bar as per procedure.
  • Picks up all room service trays found in rooms and hallways, calls Room Service Attendant for pick-up....
