Job Description

Marriott International in Dubai is seeking a guest services professional to resolve guest calls and requests by coordinating with the appropriate departments, while using sales techniques to maximize revenue and preserve guest loyalty.

You will handle reservations, changes, and cancellations by phone, fax, or mail, enter Marriott Rewards information into the system, and warmly welcome guests per brand standards. A high school diploma and at least two years of related experience are preferred.
