Job Summary

The Guest Relations Executive (GRE) will be responsible for creating a warm, professional, and premium customer experience for all walk-in clients and visitors at the BPTP Sales Gallery. The role involves guest handling, front office management, hospitality coordination, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations at the gallery.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Handling & Hospitality

Welcome and greet all visitors, customers, and channel partners in a courteous and professional manner. Ensure seamless guest experience and maintain hospitality standards at the sales gallery. Coordinate refreshments and lounge hospitality for clients and VIP visitors. Maintain visitor records and customer footfall data.

Front Office & Reception Management
