Role Description The Guest Relations Specialist is a part‑time, hybrid role based in Al Ain, with flexibility for some work from home. This role is responsible for welcoming and supporting platform users and visitors, responding to inquiries, and providing clear information about H.I features, events, and community guidelines. Day‑to‑day tasks include managing guest interactions through online channels and in‑person touchpoints, resolving user issues, escalating complex matters when needed, and ensuring a positive, consistent customer experience. The Guest Relations Specialist will assist in gathering feedback, supporting onboarding sessions, and collaborating with internal teams to improve user journeys and engagement. This position involves maintaining accurate records of interactions, following up on outstanding concerns, and representing H.I’s values of curiosity, collaboration, and respect in every contact.
