Job Description

 RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist as the first point of contact for guests through phone, email, or online bookings.
  • Attend to inquiries and direct them to the relevant department when needed.
  • Answer calls, record reservations, and update booking details.
  • Assist with POS transactions, ensuring bills are accurate before presenting to guests.
  • Assist in set up of tables and service areas according to SOP.
  • Attend to guest feedback politely and escalate to supervisors when necessary.
  • Carry out other duties as assigned by Management.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service, call centre, or restaurant settings is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills; verbally and in writing.
  • Basic knowledge on commonly used reservations system.
  • Flexibility and commitment to work shift hours, weekends, and public holidays.
