The 5* hotel Branco Mykonos seeks for

Guest Relations Manager

Main accountabilities:

  • Be fully informed about the daily movement of the hotel and F&B department (arrivals, departures, VIP guests, events and rest functions)
  • Ensure that all services of the Guest Relations are carried out in a smooth and exceptional manner (guest requests, guest queries, etc.)
  • Maintain effective communication with all related departments (housekeeping, maintenance, F&B, etc)
  • Answering internal and external guest queries and responding to all requests accordingly
  • Coordinating activities between different hotel departments to ensure effective team work and guest satisfaction
  • Handle guests’ complaints, take proactively immediate corrective action and inform the GM of the hotel and the F&B department
  • Analyze guests’ feedback and online reviews and take actions to improve ratings
