A well-groomed, confident, and friendly Front Desk Hostess to be the welcoming face of our restaurant and ensure every guest feels valued from the moment they arrive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet, acknowledge, and seat guests warmly & efficiently Manage reservations, walk-ins, and waiting lists in real time Coordinate smoothly with service captains and kitchen team Handle phone calls, take bookings, and answer basic queries Maintain a neat, organized host station and entrance area - Follow all brand, safety, and hygiene protocols
