An industry leader within the hospitality industry is seeking a customer centric and dedicated Guest House Manager.
The Guest House Manager will oversee the daily operations, ensuring seamless guest experiences, high-quality service and business profitability.
Key responsibilities: Welcoming guests, handling inquiries and guest requests and complaints Ensuring high guest satisfaction Scheduling staff in accordance with operational needs. Handling bookings on all platforms (online, Whats App, mail, telephonic) Daily inspection of rooms and common areas to ensure cleanliness and that the standards of the guest house are met. Monitoring stock levels on food, beverages, cleaning products and toiletries and making timely orders where necessary.
