About the Role
The Guest Experience Manager is a guest-facing role focused on building and maintaining strong guest relationships. You turn our customers into regular guests, develop a database of valuable information to personalize their experiences, and create connections between guests and the Floor Service Team (Managers, Hosts, and Servers). As the caretaker of our special customer data, you facilitate the creation and nurturing of deeper guest relationships for our General Managers and Floor Managers.
