Job Description

**Description:**

+ Engage guests in a courteous and efficient manner, ensuring they are satisfied with their experience, and offering any assistance as necessary.
+ Be pro-active in seeking guest comments and feedback, maintaining excellent public relations.
+ Ensure that Guest History records are maintained and that Guest Profile is completed to agree with standards at all times, for both individual and group guests.
+ Maintain deeper understanding of the surroundings including but not limited to Apgujeong, to promote the culture of Seoul ad recommend to guests.
+ Be fully responsible for HySat communication throughout the hotel, communicating guest feedback and responding in a timely manner.

**Qualifications:**

+ Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
+ Experience in Guest Relations / Guest Experience
+ Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
