• Review surveys, online reviews, and quality metrics, proposing and implementing continuous improvement actions.
• Facilitate cross-departmental communication to ensure an experience aligned with luxury standards and the METT philosophy.
• Support the management of the Front Desk and Welcome Team (Bell Team).
