Guest Experience Lead – F&B & Events

CGTX PTE. LTD. is seeking a Guest Service Executive for C.O.T.U., CapitaGreen Singapore. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences in a dynamic F&B environment, coordinating with kitchen and service teams, and driving guest satisfaction through responsive service and upselling opportunities.

You will greet guests, manage orders, handle inquiries, resolve issues, and contribute to smooth dining operations across events and large reservations.
