Job Description

Shangri-La's Rasa Sentosa, Singapore is seeking a Duty Manager to lead daily hotel operations and guest service excellence. You will supervise the Front Office team, ensuring safety and emergency readiness and delivering a seamless guest experience throughout their stay.

The role requires strong knowledge of Rooms and Front Desk operations, plus experience with OPMS and crisis management. A hotel management background is preferred, with a 5-day work week and development opportunities.
