Shangri-La Group is seeking a Concierge (Bell-Hop) at Shangri-La Rasa Sentosa, Singapore. In this role, you will assist guests with luggage handling to ensure smooth arrivals and departures, create memorable hotel experiences through attentive service, and engage with guests to gather feedback.

The ideal candidate should demonstrate pride in hospitality, show enthusiasm for guest interactions, and be willing to work shifts. Experience in hospitality is preferred.
