The Luxury Collection is seeking a guest services professional in Singapore to answer inquiries and process requests across telephone, email, chat, and mobile platforms. You will log interactions, coordinate with hotel departments, and ensure timely follow-up to guest satisfaction.

You will provide information on rooms, amenities, and local attractions, assist with internet access and entertainment, and uphold company policies and professional appearance during your shift.
